I had a really strange and disappointing experience here. The customer service lady was rude and unprofessional. You order everything through a screen, so there’s barely any interaction with the staff. But when I picked up my juice, the extra caffeine/energy boost I paid for wasn’t mixed in at all. It was just floating around in chunks. I asked the employee what was in my drink, and she said, “That’s what you ordered. Just stir it with the straw.” The way she said it was really rude, like I was bothering her by even asking. She was chatting with another employee the whole time and clearly seemed annoyed that she had to deal with my question. I tried to explain that I couldn’t just stir it because it was sticking to the bottom. I asked why it wasn’t blended into the drink, especially since they have blenders right there. She basically said, “We don’t do that,” brushed me off, and went right back to her conversation. Just really bad customer service. It’s surprising to see someone act this bothered by a customer when their job involves interacting with customers all day. I paid $11 for a small juice, plus tip, and left feeling like I was an inconvenience for simply asking a ques

I honestly do not understand how this location stays in business with customer service like this. I was the only customer in line and still waited over 20 minutes for a simple toast order. There was no rush, no crowd, and no reason for such a long wait. What made it worse was the attitude from the employees. Every question was met with irritation and rude responses, as if customers were inconveniencing them by ordering food. Customer service should be the bare minimum, yet it was completely absent. The food is good, but good food can only make up for so much. Poor service, long wait times, and disrespectful employees create a terrible experience. Management needs to take a serious look at who they have representing their business because these employees are driving customers away.

Second time coming here and unfortunately the customer service was just as disappointing as the first. The employee working today was extremely rude and acted bothered every time I or my coworker asked a simple question. Customer facing roles require patience, professionalism, and basic respect, and that was completely lacking. The food is actually great, which makes the experience even more frustrating. It’s a shame that a business serving quality products allows employees with such poor attitudes to represent the brand. If I owned this business, I would seriously reconsider who is interacting with customers on a daily basis

Quick service with a large selection of juices, smoothies, and bowls. Very tasty.

The best smoothies and the best service the tall new girl is awesome, great customer service experience. Would love more places with that smile and great food (lunch time preferred place near my office).
